Team Leader Accounts Payable Shared Services

    Working with us you will be responsible for:

    • Providing leadership on daily reconciliation for cash collections on our portfolios and bank accounts
    • Functional expert for Cash Reconciliation area responsible for process and issue resolution
    • Cooperation with other group function teams independently and ensure any accounting breaks are investigated in a timely manner and resolved
    • Enters reconciliation data and ensures proper aging
    • Build and setup reconciliation rules
    • Providing process quality assurance, various reporting and controlling to customers
    • Ensure process documentation for services done and harmonization of processes throughout the group for similar tasks
    • Driving and proposing process improvements within assigned scope to assure productivity
    • Identifying Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements within FSSC
    • Participating in projects roll outs (drive and participate in AutoRek implementation within the group)
    • Plans and organizes work by building positive and supportive working environment
    • Defines expectation towards employees, sets and reviews individual objectives
    • Identifies the recruitments and training needs for the team
    • Encourage cooperation, teamwork and knowledge sharing

    Our expectations:

    • Higher education (preferred Economics or Data Science)
    • Minimum 5 year experience in Finance and Accounting (preferred shared service center and Accounts Receivable/Reconciliation function)
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in team management is a must
    • Proved experience in account reconciliation
    • Fluent oral and written English skills
    • Proficiency in Excel (VBA knowledge will be an asset)
    • Good communication skills and attention to details
    • Proactive team player, highly motivated, flexible
    • Transition process experience is welcome
    • Knowledge of AutoRek is welcome
