Team Leader Accounting Shared Services

    Working with us you will be responsible for:

    • Providing leadership on monthly analysis and accounting entries for key centralized processes for applicable entities
    • Delivering accounting technical guidance and assistance according to local requirements for markets and understand differences between local requirements and IFRS (reporting to Group accounting)
    • Liaise effectively with local accounting teams and other stakeholders including tax, treasury, legal, finance, internal audit, HR and parent accounting
    • Drive standardization and quality in balance sheet reconciliation and review, performing final reviews, assuring IFRS and local compliance
    • Ensuring the team meets monthly close deadlines
    • Providing process quality assurance, various reporting and controlling to customers
    • Driving and proposing process improvements within assigned scope to assure productivity
    • Ensure process documentation for services done and harmonization of processes throughout the group for similar tasks
    • Identifying Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements within FSSC
    • Participating in projects roll outs
    • Plans and organizes work by building positive and supportive working environment
    • Defines expectation towards employees, sets and reviews individual objectives
    • Identifies the recruitments and training needs for the team
    • Encourage cooperation, teamwork and knowledge sharing

    Our expectations:

    • Higher education (preferred Finance and Accounting or related fields)
    • Minimum 5 year experience in Finance and Accounting (preferred shared service center function)
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in team management is a must
    • Knowledge and practical experience in work with IFRS
    • Fluent oral and written English skills
    • Good knowledge of MS Office
    • Good communication skills
    • Proactive team player, highly motivated, flexible
    • Transition process experience is welcome
    • Knowledge of NAVISION and OneStream is welcome
