We are looking for a Shared Service Coordinator for our Office in Wrocław to administrate and organize for different projects from different teams and for the coordination of a variety of tasks within the area of systems, development and test.

You will work closely with the Project Managers and team members of the Shared Services Development team to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources and timeframes. You will perform various coordinating tasks along with administrative duties.

Shared Services Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating schedules, resources, equipment and information
  • Develop and review standard ways of working where appropriate and to share the knowledge of their processes across management team
  • Communicate with departments daily to maintain a first-class relationship and to conduct periodic updates, checkups, and basic information sharing
  • Work with internal groups to communicate requirements and to resolve any challenges, issues, or new opportunities
  • Determine central practices and standardize processes to increase efficiency, ensuring all team members apply them in a consistent way
  • Support processes from different perspectives in order to ensure effectiveness and efficiencies aligned with the company goals
  • Provide information needed to generate reports or proposals which support general activity
  • Lead and develop the team in order to ensure they meet objectives and are delivering a high quality service to customers
  • Plan and allocate the human resources to ensure effective distribution of work

Requirements:

  • Working to SLAs, KPI’s policies and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Fluent in English. Comfortable working in other languages is an asset
