Senior Process Manager

    Working with us you will be responsible for:

    • Management, planning, organization, implementation of processes within the organization,
    • Analysis and reporting of results,
    • Creating and monitoring KPI reports on processes,
    • Implementation of functional control of the process,
    • Cooperation in creating debt collection strategies, campaigns,
    • Implementation of the portfolio recovery strategy determined at the stage of valuation (including typing cases to the court, bailiffs, field recovery, sending letters and others),
    • Searching for and initiating new solutions aimed at optimizing and increasing the effectiveness of operations,
    • Creating, maintaining and developing processes,
    • Process automation and employee support in the area of using optimization tools,
    • Ensuring awareness of processes in the team, business units and other process teams,
    • Implementation process of development plan in the organization, taking into account group standards,
    • Mapping and analyzing business processes,
    • Full coordination of projects (analysis of requirements and risks, planning, control, supervision of a project team).

    Our expectations:

    • Higher education (preferred: Legal / Financial)
    • A high sense of responsibility and commitment
    • Highly developed creativity
    • Niece to have 2 years of work experience in the Legal or Bailiff Office
    • Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Process Manager
    • Good command of English in speech and writing
    • High interpersonal skills
    • Organizational skills
    • Very good analytical skills
    • Ability to work with programs from the MS Office group (in particular MS Excel)
