Secured Loans Finance Manager

    Working with us you will be responsible for:

    • Produce entity's financial statements based on IFRS as well as statutory accounting rules
    • Prepare financial disclosures and annual reports compliant with local regulatory and statutory requirements
    • Provide detailed comments on significant business moves and produce monthly financial close packs
    • Assess internal risk control deficiencies, provide assessments and communicate them to Onshore partners
    • Optimize processes by recommending ways to improve financial reporting procedures and internal management information
    • Produce and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
    • Balance sheet account reconciliations preparation and review
    • Performing financial statement reviews, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions
    • Ensuring compliance with company policies, relevant accounting requirements, internal controls

    Our expectations:

    • Higher education (preferred: Financial)
    • Familiar with Expected Credit Loss and EIR models
    • Understanding of the underlying drivers for secured mortgages and the impact of customer journeys on ECL and EIR
    • Previous involvement in the forecasting process for secured loans (PL and NPL)
    • Previous multi-jurisdictional experience would be an advantage as the various ways different countries deal with secured loans
    • Experience of applying IFRS 9 accounting for secured loans
    • Minimum 3 years of work experience
    • Very good command of English in speech and writing
    • High interpersonal skills
    • Organizational skills
    • Ability to work with programs from the Navision, MS Office – especially MS Excel
